Do you have a shopfront?
Unfortunately we do not have a shop front at this stage and are online only.

 

How long will my order take to process?

If orders are placed before 2pm AEST then its same day pick up or postage (excluding our made to order products). If order is placed after 2pm AEST then it is processed and shipped the next business day. Please note that this only applies on our business operating days. All made to order products are processed within 2 - 5 Business days.

What is the current shipping time?
We ship all orders via Australia Post and deliveries are between 3-7 days to most capitals and surrounding areas. For regional areas please allow between 5-10 days. These times are a guideline only and Australia Post are currently experiencing delays which can be extended during seasonal times of the year and lockdown. For more info on Aus Post delivery times please head to their website: www.auspost.com.au.
We do not ship on weekends and public holidays.

What are your shipping costs?
Standard shipping rate of $10 applies to all orders within a weight of up to 8kg. Express shipping is calculated by weight with prices varying on weight.

Shipping Address Information
We ship to the address entered at checkout, we will not be held responsible for any shipment delays if the address entered is incorrect. If your order is not able to be delivered due to the wrong address Australia Post will return to us within their time frame. Additional postage cost will be invoiced separately for the resending of parcel to correct address, parcel will not be sent until invoice has been paid.

Can I cancel my order?
Orders that have not been shipped are available to be cancelled upon request. Please note that a fee could occur for this action.

I forgot to add something to my order, can I add?
You will only be able to add on to current order as long as the order hasn't been shipped, if the order has been shipped then unfortunately you will have to place a seperate order for the missed item. Please not that if you choose express postage at checkout and the additional items being added exceed over the weight of that postage rate then additional costs will apply.

How do I check the status of my order?
Once you place an order you will receive an order confirmation. When your order has been processed and shipped you will then receive another notification to say your order has been shipped with tracking information. If you are picking up your order then you will receive a pick up notification to say your order is ready for click and collect.

Pricing
All pricing is listed with the product and is all GST inclusive. All prices are in AUD dollars, prices are subject to change without notice.

Do you ship internationally or just within Australia?
We currently ship to Australia and New Zealand only. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout

Can I pick up my order or is it only postage?

We offer click and collect between 3pm - 6pm Monday - Saturday. Please do not come to collect your order until you receive your ready for collection notification. If you need to collect outside these hours, please let us know and we can arrange a later collection or from a collection point hidden at the nominated address where only you know where it is.
